Issue/Introduction

We need to open a permission for a regular Windows user to be able to manage the Provisioning Manager domains. Currently you have to be a Administrator to run the Provisioning Manager Setup, otherwise you will get an error updating registry keys. What are the registry entries that are responsible for this configuration?

Environment

Release:
Component: IDMGR

Resolution

I gave full permission to my user for both of these registries and I think its working I found this key here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\Identity Manager\Provisioning Manager HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ComputerAssociates\Identity Manager\Provisioning Manager

You do this by right clicking on the Provisioning Manager folder in the tree view on the left of regeditor selecting permissions and edit just like windows folder permissions
