Action Item Email Message modification for Project Process

Issue/Introduction

We need to modify the email message generated from the Action Item attached to the Process. We looked around and tried to modify some of them which we found related to Action Items but it does not update the email message but updates the Action Item details (where you land after clicking the email link). Is there way to modify the email message in the Action Item email generated from Process? If yes, which Notification we should update?

Resolution

It is possible by navigating to Administration->Notification and selecting notification below
Notification Name = Action Item - New non-recurring project action item
Notification ID      = NEW_ACTION_ITEM_FILE_NON_RECURRING
Description          = New non-recurring, project action item

Note Notification Name: Action Item (Process) - New action item is the one used for non project based object, for example you can use for custom object or non project object. For project object Action Items use notification mentioned above such as Description = New non-recurring, project action item.
