Force users to setup the security questions

Issue/Introduction

We want to achieve the situation where we can force the user to setup the security questions as mandatory field.

1) When a new user is created and received a temporary password to login. We should force them to fill the security questions when they login first time.

2) For all the existing users, when they login to the URL, security questions are set scenarios needs to checked and for users, who are not having security questions set, they are forced to set them during the login. Please suggest how we can configure it

Resolution

There is no out of the box switch to force this to happen. You have to configure this in your environment. Usually this is done my CA services. Do you have an consultant onsite now?
