File does not exist Error in JIRA Connector

Issue/Introduction

When running the JIRA work item connector, no output is produced and the rallylog.log show an error as follows:

ERROR : Class.initialize - File does not exist: C:/Ruby22-x64/bin/jira_workflow.xml.

Cause

This can be caused by trying to execute the connector without having your working directory set to the location where you unpacked the JIRA connector files.

The connector directory contains a jira_workflow.xml file that may need to be referenced by your connector config.

Resolution

Change directory so that your current working directory is the unpacked location of the CA Agile Central JIRA connector.
