Step 1: Login into Admin Console using your credentials.
Step 2: After login into Transaction Manager Admin Console, check the privilege of an Admin (who's password need to be reset ).
Privilege include: If any Admin belong to Global administrator/ Issuer Admin/ CSR Admin Configurations.
Step 3: After determining the Admin privilege –
a. e.g. If Admin is CSR Admin Look for Admin configuration in Transaction Manager --> Click on Enable/Disable/Delete admin.

b. If any Admin is Global Admin then follow below step:
Login into Transaction Manager Admin Console --> If Admin is Global Admin--> Look for Global Admin configuration in Transaction Manager --> Click on Enable/Disable/Delete admin.
c. If any Admin is Issuer Admin then follow below step:
Login into Transaction Manager Admin Console --> If Admin is Issuer Admin --> Look for Issuer Admin configuration in Transaction Manager --> Click on Enable/Disable/Delete admin.
Step 4: After checking for Step 3 then clicking on Enable/ Disable/ Delete (as show above) tab it will take you to the next screen (screen reference: when CSR Admin password is being changed):

Provide the Issuer name along with the User ID of the Admin and check for the status if status shows INACTIVE then click on the drop down and select ACTIVE and click on SAVE.
