When running a Job Run report in iDash Workload Automation, it shows that no data was found even though the job(s) included in the report are confirmed to have run within the report time window.

During a recent upgrade, certain indexes related to the iDash database table that stores job run information were not created due to a DB space issue. This began causing iDash to have trouble storing and cleaning data from this table due to performance. Because of this, the data for the report was not available.
Follow the steps outlined in the link below for manually upgrading the database when a problem occurs during the upgrade.
