When I try to restore the netqosportal database on a CAPC console, I get the following error:
[root@<hostName>]# mysql netqosportal -e 'source /tmp/netqosportal.sql'
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
