Issue/Introduction

Exclusions on day dependent launch windows are not always applied correctly 
Example:
The task is scheduled with a day dependant launch windows with 00h15 for all days except Sunday at 08h15

We also have an exception for avoid the run from 04/08 18h to 05/08 06h and the run on 05/08 would be skipped, but it's not

If we enlarge the end time of the exception to a time >= 08h15 the exception is taken in account and the run of the day 06/08 is scheduled
