CAUAJM_E_50281 AutoPing from the Scheduler WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL

Issue/Introduction

After an agent install the autoping -m command return the following error : 

auto113@autoserver-hostname:PP1:11.3.6:PRIMAIRE:/home/auto113/ autoping -m agent-hostname 


CAUAJM_I_50023 AutoPinging Machine [agent-hostname] 
CAUAJM_E_10229 Communication attempt with the CA WAAE Agent has failed! [agent-hostname:11601] 
CAUAJM_E_50281 AutoPing from the Scheduler WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. 

CAUAJM_I_50282 AutoPing from the Application Server WAS SUCCESSFUL. 

CAUAJM_E_50026 ERROR: AutoPing WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. 

Environment

CA Workload Automation Agent for: 
Linux x86_64 64-bit 
11.3, Service Pack 7, Maintenance Level 0, Build 979 

Resolution

The ports between the agent and the primary manager were open but not between the agent and shadow.
