IP - Socket Timeout Exception Displaying Campaigns with more than 1500 Certification Items

Issue/Introduction

When running campaigns that have certifiers / reviewers with certification items greater than 1500 entries, Identity Portal throws a SocketTimeoutException when displaying the campaign from Certifications > My Campaigns.  Displaying the same campaign in Identity Governance does not throw an exception.

On JBoss/Wildfly on the Identity Portal system, increase the default-timeout in standalone.xml to 30000
