Duplicate tags after dragging sub-tag to another sub-tag

Issue/Introduction

After dragging an existing sub-tag to another sub-tag in the UI, the sub-tag has been duplicated into all of the other existing tags.

Environment

iDash with CA-7

Cause

This is a bug in the application.

Resolution

The latest PreGA release of iDash (r12.0.05.00-0200) has resolved this issue and has been validated.
The fix will be included when iDash 12.0.05.00 goes GA.
