How to copy/paste data and share documents when you are in an RDP session
When you are in CAPAM and connect an RDP session to a Windows server, you may want copy a document to that target server or some bits of data such as a password. If you attempt and are unsuccessful, it most likely means that copy and paste are not setup at all. In addition, an RDP Access Method needs to be configured to utilize this process once its enabled. These functions need to be enabled before you attempt to copy and paste.
A - Setting up to enable copy and paste:
B - Copy and paste from your desktop to the target server:
C - Copy and paste from the target server to your desktop
1 - You may need to change settings on your target server to allow copy paste to occur on that server.
2 -You cannot copy or drag a file from your desktop to the RDP session folder.
