Issue/Introduction

'GNL1394' and 'GRP1627' errors occur when logging in to the group model.

ERROR MESSAGES: GNL1394 : Could not open file '... \ xxx.rlk'. GRP1627 : The lock request for the group model '... \ xxx' failed.

Environment

CA Plex all versions

Resolution

Please do the following

1. Confirm that the Windows user who got the error is authorized to the folder where the group model is placed.
2. Deleting the locks folder under the group model folder.
   Note: The locks folder will be created at next login even if you delete it
