How to remove the "Open CA Identity Governance Portal" link and/or Text in the top right corner of the email?

In the email body sent to user there is a Default Text and Link

Environment

Identity Governance 14.x

Resolution

Open Identity Governance User Interface

 

For changing the text "Open CA Identity Governance Portal" Navigate to

Home > Administration > Settings > Property Settings > eurekify.portal.name 

And update the text to the required one.

 

For the actual link redirection, we would be  changing the setting portalExternalLink.ticketQueueUrl 

Note: The text "Open CA Identity Governance Portal" in the email change depends on the Identity Governance version. For older versions the text is "Open CA RCM Portal"
