Email Notification Portal Link or Text Removal

Issue/Introduction

By default, email notifications sent from Identity Governance include a "Open CA Identity Governance Portal" link and text in the top-right corner. Administrators may need to modify or remove this branding to align with corporate standards or to update redirection targets. In older versions of the product, this text may appear as "Open CA RCM Portal."

 

Environment

• Identity Governance 14.x
• Identity Suite 14.x

Resolution

To modify the portal name or the redirection link within email notifications, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Identity Governance User Interface as an administrator.
2. Navigate to Home > Administration > Settings > Property Settings.
3. To change the display text:
   • Locate the property: eurekify.portal.name
   • Update the value to the desired text.
4. To change the redirection link:
   • Locate the property: portalExternalLink.ticketQueueUrl
   • Update the value to the required URL.
5. Save the changes.

Note: The default text varies by version. Ensure you search for the property key rather than the literal text if the default does not match "Open CA Identity Governance Portal."
