IG Duplication error caused by case sensitivity

Issue/Introduction

Is Identity Governance case sensitive in the import process? We are running with issue of duplication affected by case sensitive data, e.g. jsmith and JSmith.

Resolution

Yes IG import process is case sensitive.

This should be handled by the endpoint or during the import process to avoid case sensitive data, e.g. using the batch or scripts to convert upper or lower case visa versa
