how to change the default directory for CSE Client reports

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to change the default directory path for reports from Migrations, Adoptions, etc. from Gen CSE Clients?  The default is c:\program files (x86)\CA\Gen85\Client and some developers do not have write access to this location.

By default it sets this directory to the location of the CSE Clients (Version  Control Client in this case) to 'C:\program files (x86)\CA\Gen85\Client'   which is the location of the clients.   This location can be changed on-the-fly when writing the report.   Their is a way to change the default location for each users workstation that contains the CSE Clients.   To do this, modified the CSE Client Icon properties for "Start in" to %userprofile%  or a specific location where the user has write access...and when the user attempts to write a migrate/adopt report, it will show the directory specified within the icon 'Start In' location. 

This can be done for any of the CSE Clients.
